About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Associate Director to lead our paid search and meta search activation efforts for a leading international travel and hospitality client. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic innovation and operational excellence in search marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid search strategies across 43 local markets in the Europe and North Africa region
  • Lead quarterly testing sprints to optimize search performance and drive business growth
  • Ensure quality assurance processes are adhered to by international and UK-based search teams
  • Align the team and accounts with performance KPIs and business objectives
  • Analyze industry trends and their impact on client account performance
  • Liaise with the Digital Director and Ad-Ops team to ensure consistent measurement and tracking
  • Nurture key partnerships with Google, Microsoft, and SKAI
  • Facilitate a strong team ethos and exhibit focused leadership
  • Identify areas for development and create career plans for line reports
  • Generate case studies and award entries
