About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Paid Search campaigns and drive business growth for our client, Adobe. As a key member of our Zenith team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tactical plans to drive Paid Search performance
  • Lead a team of three to deliver, execute, and iterate media strategy
  • Ensure quality assurance processes are adhered to
  • Collaborate with the Business Director to drive revenue growth and commercial opportunities
  • Provide insightful and actionable performance reports on a regular cadence
  • Liaise with Google reps to test new beta features

About the Team

Our EMEA team is 80 strong, with a presence in London and India. We handle all activity for EMEA, from developing strategy through media planning, activating media in digital channels, and reporting on campaign performance. We cover both performance and upper funnel activity and are looking to create full-funnel strategies to deliver maximum digital engagement for Adobe.

Requirements

  • Experience in line management
  • Experience of managing Enterprise level accounts in an agency environment
  • Relevant certifications within Google Ads
