About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Substance Misuse Clinical Lead to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a key member of our Mental Health team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to our Substance Misuse services, ensuring that care is safe, high-quality, and patient-centered.
  • Lead and manage a team of clinicians, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical performance, quality, and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to maintain a high-quality clinical service, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines that promote best practice in Substance Misuse care.
Requirements
  • Registered professional with current registration (NMC, HCPC)
  • Evidence of Continued Professional Development
  • Experience managing teams and leading clinical services
  • Understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working
  • A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
