About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Substance Misuse Clinical Lead to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a key member of our Mental Health team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients in a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to our multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve clinical performance and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to maintain a high-quality clinical service, adhering to CQC requirements and our policies and procedures.
  • Lead and support the team in safeguarding, ensuring the well-being and safety of our patients.
  • Support the process of patient concerns, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements
  • Registered professional with current registration (NMC, HCPC).
  • Evidence of Continued Professional Development.
  • Experience managing teams and leading clinical services.
  • Understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working.
  • A non-judgmental and compassionate approach.
