Account Executive Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Coffee Design Ltd. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring the smooth running of all projects, and delivering high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their design and digital needs
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and digital teams to develop and execute project plans that meet or exceed client goals
  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
  • Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues
  • Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and review sessions
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and agency management
  • Manage budgets, invoice clients, and manage purchase orders using our financial management system
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a strong understanding of client needs
  • Knowledge of design and digital services and processes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines simultaneously
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
