Role Overview

We're recruiting for a Floor Manager at The Residence, responsible for directing the Bar and floor teams to deliver outstanding customer and staff experiences. As a key member of our management team, you'll ensure guest expectations are consistently exceeded and develop strategies to improve service levels.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the Bar and floor teams to achieve customer and staff satisfaction.
  • Ensure guest expectations are consistently exceeded through proactive feedback evaluation and service level assessment.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improvement with the management team.
  • Coordinate staff training plans for new team members alongside the Bar Manager.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • In-depth knowledge of London's restaurant and liquor trends.
  • Personal ownership of tasks, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Current supervisory experience within a similar environment, showcasing excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • A proven track record of achieving outstanding personal and departmental targets.
