Administrative Support Role

We are looking for a Personal Support Coordinator to provide high-quality administrative support to our team in the City. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and able to work independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing diaries, coordinating meetings, planning events, and providing administrative support to our team. A high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A levels or Degree education (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the financial sector
  • Exceptional multiple diary management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include annual bonus, up to 30%, 25 days hols (plus Christmas close), private healthcare, and hybrid model.
