Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing exceptional support to our executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing diaries, coordinating travel, and liaising with clients and suppliers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on light property management tasks and contribute to general business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the executive team, including diary management, travel coordination, and communication with clients and suppliers.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events and projects.
  • Managing a small portfolio of properties, including routine maintenance and administration tasks.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with event planning and coordination.
  • Basic understanding of property management principles.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of £24,000 - £25,000 per annum.
