About the Role
The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Cardiac Rehabilitation Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our cardiac rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based cardiac rehabilitation programs for patients with heart conditions
- Provide expert clinical guidance and support to multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to cardiac rehabilitation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
- Masters degree in a relevant field or working towards it
- Experience in cardiac rehabilitation or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Knowledge of financial systems and budgetary control
