Senior Financial Planning Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Analyst to join our team at Paradigm Housing. As a key member of our Corporate Finance team, you will be responsible for managing the 30-year business plan, working closely with various departments to ensure the Group operates within its financial capacity.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the 30-year business plan, ensuring compliance with treasury standards, lender covenants, and rating agency metrics.
- Assist the Development team and Strategic Asset Management team in reviewing investment appraisals.
- Prepare and present financial forecasts, including the Financial Forecast Return.
- Develop and maintain financial models using Excel, Proval, and Brixx software.
We are looking for a qualified Accountant with a strong understanding of key long-term financial planning approaches and principles. You should be able to interpret and analyze financial statements, with excellent Excel skills and experience with Proval or similar development appraisal systems.
