We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Analyst to join our team at Paradigm Housing. As a key member of our Corporate Finance team, you will play a critical role in managing our 30-year business plan and ensuring the Group operates within our financial capacity.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the 30-year business plan, working closely with various departments to deliver our corporate plan and ensure compliance with treasury standards, lender covenants, and rating agency metrics.
- Assist the Development team and Strategic Asset Management team in reviewing investment appraisals.
- Prepare and present financial forecasts, including the Financial Forecast Return.
- Develop and maintain financial models using Excel, Proval, and Brixx software.
We are looking for a qualified Accountant with a strong understanding of key long-term financial planning approaches and principles. You should be able to interpret and analyze financial statements, understand key financial metrics, and have excellent Excel skills. Experience with Proval or similar development appraisal systems is highly desirable.
