This role offers a unique blend of financial planning and analysis, with opportunities to work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary on financial performance, to finance and non-finance personnel.
- Provide financial data and insights to support commercial decision-making and drive business growth.
- Oversee the consolidation of budgets, forecasts, and five-year plans for the division.
- Collaborate with the FP&A Manager to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies to enhance financial planning and analysis.
- Manage and develop a team of financial analysts to achieve business objectives.
- Partner with finance and non-finance personnel to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
- Support the preparation of the full-year budget, quarterly reforecasts, and five-year plan for I&C Collections.
- Review and prepare balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide end-of-year audit support and respond to auditor inquiries.
- Support acquisition accounting and integration activities as required.
- Oversee Capex reporting and analysis, including review and feedback of investments appraisal and capital employment performance.
Requirements:
- Fully or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with senior leaders in a large-sized business
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
