Outpatients Department Nursing Role

As a Registered Nurse in our Outpatients Department, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. Your role will involve providing safe and effective harm-free care, working closely with the multi-professional healthcare team to achieve excellent standards of care.
Main Duties
• Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to Trust policies and guidelines
• Work within the framework for Clinical Governance to ensure effective, high-quality care
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of nursing practices and procedures
• Collaborate with the multi-professional healthcare team to achieve excellent standards of care
• Participate in research/audit activities to improve patient care

Requirements
• Registered Nurse Level 1 or 2, or awaiting results
• Evidence of continuing professional development
• Strong understanding of nursing practices and procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Participation in research/audit activities
Salary
The salary for this position is £29,970 to £36,483 per year pro rata.
