Leadership Opportunity in Theatre Operations

We are seeking a seasoned Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner to take on the role of Lead Orthopaedic Scrub in our theatre department, leveraging their expertise to drive excellence in patient care and operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of orthopaedic scrubbing practices, driving efficiency and quality across the theatre department.
  • Maintain strong relationships with other departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication, achieving seamless operation of the theatre.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and satisfaction, optimizing theatre utilization and minimizing delays.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse or ODP, with a proven track record of leadership, teamwork, and continuous learning.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team, promoting a culture of excellence and respect.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, managing competing demands, and maintaining attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits
