About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our dynamic Sales team. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with our valued customers, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong customer connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Sales Admin teams to coordinate efforts, resolve customer queries, and deliver outstanding service.
  • Stay up-to-date with market and customer trends, leveraging insights to steer future purchasing decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Sales/Business Development experience with a demonstrable track record.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills, both verbal and written (fluent in English).
  • Strong prioritisation skills and ability to manage own workload.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with a focus on building quality accounts.
  • Strong attention to detail.

What We Offer:

  • OTE between £30,000 and £58,000 per annum (pro rata).
