Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team as a Support Worker - Learning Disability and Autism. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism, promoting their independence and choice.
About the Role:
The Support Worker - Learning Disability and Autism will work closely with our clients, their families, and other professionals to deliver tailored support and services. This will include planning, organizing, and implementing activities that cater to the unique needs and interests of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism, promoting their independence and choice.

- To plan, organize, and implement activities that cater to the unique needs and interests of our clients.
Requirements:
- 6 months experience of supporting children/young people with a learning disability, acquired brain injury, or autistic spectrum condition in recreational activities in a paid or voluntary capacity.
- Experience of planning, organizing, and implementing activities for children and young people.
- The ability to travel independently, with access to a form of transport which permits the Job Holder to meet the responsibilities of the role.
Salary:$30,000 - $35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
