About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team at Amazon in New Carlisle, Indiana. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of new builds and capital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse and upbeat team, collaborating with internal AWS managers and team members to deliver innovative data centers that directly support our customers. With a strong focus on safety, security, and efficiency, you will have the chance to drive construction teams to troubleshoot and perform root-cause failure analysis on equipment failures.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent engineering science, along with 10 years of relevant construction experience. Alternatively, 14 years of experience in lieu of a degree may also be considered.
