About the Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to join the team at The Belfry Hotel & Resort as a Receptionist. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Register guests into the hotel and check them out, ensuring a seamless and efficient process
  • Issue guests keys and ensure that hotel policy is adhered to
  • Provide excellent guest service, resolving problems and identifying opportunities to make guests' experiences memorable and enjoyable

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional experiences to each and every guest. Experience working in a hotel environment is preferred but not necessary.
