About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at The Belfry Hotel & Resort. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.
Key Responsibilities
- Register guests into the hotel and check them out efficiently
- Issue guest keys and ensure adherence to hotel policies
- Provide excellent guest service, resolving problems and identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience
About You
We are looking for an individual with experience working in a busy guest-facing role, who is able to remain calm under pressure. You will also have:
- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional experiences
- Experience working in a hotel environment, although not essential
- Experience working with Opera is a plus, but not required
