  • Ensure a high-quality, responsive, reliable, and proactive service is provided to internal customers.
  • Develop your own knowledge and experience in employee relations and HR advice services.
  • Undertake HR projects to improve the quality of the service in line with organisational objectives.
About You

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who can demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience of providing advice on employee relations matters within a generalist HR environment.
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, good management practice, and stakeholder management.
  • Qualification as a member of CIPD (Level 5 or 7) or equivalent experience of working on HR issues.
