Job Title: British Sign Language (BSL) Communication Support Worker

We are seeking a qualified BSL communicator to provide support to young people in educational settings in Lancashire.

About the Role

This is a temporary, ongoing opportunity to work with education providers on a full or part-time basis during the academic year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students and young adults in various educational settings.
  • Effectively communicate using British Sign Language in busy environments.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • British Sign Language Level 3 or above.
  • Experience working with students in high school, college, or support settings.
  • GCSE A-C/Level 2 in English and Maths.
  • Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
