About the RoleAs a Bank Registered Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing safe, personal and effective care to patients and their families. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to implement evidenced-based nursing care and support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing care needs and developing programmes of care;
- Implementing and evaluating care programmes;
- Demonstrating procedures to and supervising qualified and/or unqualified staff.
To be considered for this role, you must be registered as a 1st-level nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. It is desirable to have knowledge of current research applicable to the post's specialist area. Essential skills and qualifications include the ability to take on new ideas, problem-solving skills, and effective communication skills.
