We are looking for an experienced Building Control Specialist to join our team in Oxfordshire. This role involves working on residential and small commercial projects, conducting site inspections, and handling plan assessments.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting site inspections and completing plan checks.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and clients.

  • An estimated salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
  • A company vehicle or £300+ monthly car allowance.
  • A performance bonus ranging from 5% to 12%.
