Job Title: Building Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our client's team in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plant and equipment within commercial buildings.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Repairing and refurbishing plant and equipment.
  • Implementing preventive control systems.
  • Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with H&S policies and procedures.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in facilities maintenance, 18th Edition qualification, and good knowledge of the latest regulatory and statutory regulations.
