About the Role

We're seeking experienced paramedics to join our team as Functional Assessors. In this role, you'll use your clinical knowledge and skills to conduct assessments and produce reports that help the Department for Work and Pensions determine a person's eligibility for benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of individuals with physical and mental health conditions, chronic pain disorders, and other disabilities
  • Produce high-quality reports that accurately reflect an individual's functional ability
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of post-registration experience as a paramedic
  • Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
