About the Role

As a Resident Support Associate, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver high standards of care and support to our residents. You will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £10.87 per hour, full-time equivalent £19,834.00 per annum, plus benefits including holiday pay, occupational sick pay, maternity pay, and access to our Health Cash Plan.
