Salary and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is £5.58 per hour, with full-time equivalent salary £22,959 per annum (based on working 35 hours per week). Additionally, you will receive benefits including Holiday Pay, Occupational Sick Pay, Maternity Pay, and access to our Health Cash Plan.*

Job Description

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Worker. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their best lives. This includes assisting with household and domestic tasks, encouraging and enabling residents to follow agreed care plans, and providing personal care including washing, bathing, and dressing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

No experience or qualifications are necessary for this role, as we provide full training and recognised qualifications. However, good written and verbal English communication skills, a genuine desire to help people, and commitment to undertaking further training are essential.
