Technical Sales Lead for Industrial Solutions

We are a leading manufacturer of industrial coatings, adhesives, sealants, and tapes for high-reliability applications, delivering solutions across various market sectors internationally. As a result of our growth, our Cable & Wire Division is seeking a European Sales Manager to drive revenue growth within existing and new clients across the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the European market, leveraging our proactive international marketing team, strong portfolio of industry brands, and presence at international exhibitions, conferences, and seminars.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a basic salary of £75,000-£90,000, inclusive of a car allowance, 20% bonus, pension, medical, 25 days' holiday, and excellent long-term career prospects. If you have experience selling technical solutions into distributors and end-users, particularly in waterproofing, sealants, and industrial tapes, we would like to hear from you.
