Job Purpose:

As a Used Car Performance Leader at Harwoods Ltd, you will be responsible for driving the performance of the Used Car department through effective management of employees and OEM/site KPIs. You will lead the Used Car team, providing guidance and direction to employees and clients on all matters related to used cars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review manufacturer communications and take appropriate action with the team.
  • Manage the Harwoods sales process journey, ensuring clients are updated and vehicle ordering is prompt and up-to-date.
  • Support client journey through the used car sales process and provide aftersales support.
  • Work with the Executive Team to provide training and coaching on used vehicles.
  • Manage used car stock by maintaining and purchasing used cars from approved sources, ensuring PPU and financial performance in the department.
  • Ensure all used car processes are up-to-date and embedded.
  • Ensure the retail centre used car display, physical and digital, meets brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excel skills required.
  • Well-presented and clear communicator.
  • Time efficient and organised.
  • Knowledge of product range.

Experience:

  • Desirable: 3 years sales experience minimum.
  • Desirable: A year's experience in leading a high-performing team.
