Senior Treasury Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst to join our team at Goodman Masson. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing daily cash positioning and intercompany fund transfers across European entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash flows and optimize excess cash to maintain liquidity.
  • Monitor and forecast cash needs to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Oversee and execute timely payments for European operations.
  • Analyze and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
  • Utilize Oracle ERP for cash management and ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare comprehensive cash flow reports and support audit and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with global treasury teams on projects and best practices.
  • Manage banking relationships and resolve payment issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Experience within the insurance space, preferably within a syndicate.
  • Demonstrable experience across the treasury remit, with exposure to forecasting, reporting, bank account management, cash management, and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Oracle or similar ERP systems.
  • Ability to analyze complex data using Excel.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
