About the Role

Richard James Recruitment Specialists Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Operations Senior Analyst to join our client's team in London. As a key member of the Treasury team, you will be responsible for facilitating the settlement of daily and weekly payment runs across multiple platforms, ensuring the accuracy of payments, and supporting the overall cash and banking activities of the group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input payments into the company's Treasury Management System (TMS) and reconcile payments to system-generated bank statements.
  • Support the management of treasury systems, including the implementation of new modules, integration of new features with SAP, and other group platforms.
  • Carry out necessary data changes and reconciliations within TMS.
  • Manage, create, and update a suite of daily and month-end treasury reports across the Group.
  • Participate in planned projects and ad-hoc projects to improve and re-engineer existing processes and controls.
Requirements
  • Previous work-based experience of working in Treasury or high-end accounts payable.
  • Strong IT and systems skills, including TMS and Excel.
  • A working knowledge of SAP would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Personable and approachable, with the ability to build strong relationships within the Treasury team and Group Finance, as well as around the Group and with external counterparts.
