Job Summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Clerk / Administrator to join our team in Kintore, Aberdeenshire. This is a contract role initially.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and upload Certificate of Compliance (CoC) and Databooks to the document repository/DMS and clear any backlogs.

• Locate legacy manufacturing documents from company records and supply the material certificates to the vendor for databook compilation.

• Conduct trace verification to ensure components are traced back to their material to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Investigate discrepancies with trace reports and report back to engineering.

• Support Quality Management System (QMS) maintenance by revising procedures to the current process.

• Support the development and maintenance of the Local Business Management System (BMS).

• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) Plan, Quality Plan, and related project requirements.

• Assist customers with requests for previous documentation.

• Liaise with vendor quality teams to ensure first-pass databook compliance.

• Resolve complex Third-Party queries and deliver fully compliant databooks on time.

• Drive a continuous improvement methodology, identify, and implement corrective and preventive actions for defective documentation.

• Support all elements of the quality program and drive overall quality in all aspects of manufacturing and service.
