We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at French Selection UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying sales leads, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear and effective communication.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct telephone-based product demonstrations to showcase our solutions.
  • KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed performance targets set by the Sales Manager.
  • Sales Team Support: Provide support to the sales team by scheduling meetings, providing leads, and sharing market insights.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in prospecting via cold calling and lead generation, telesales B2B.
  • Proficient in Office 365 and willingness to learn in-house software.
  • Resilient and able to handle pressure and rejection.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
