Business Development Representative

Join French Selection UK, a leading consultancy specializing in bilingual and multilingual recruitment, as a Business Development Representative. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth and expand our client base.
Main Responsibilities:- Generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling and lead generation
- Develop and maintain relationships with sales departments and provide market insights
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate sales efforts and suggest campaign ideas
- Meet and exceed performance targets set by the Sales Manager
- Fluent English at business level (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in prospecting via cold calling and lead generation, telesales B2B
- Proficient in Office 365 and willingness to learn in-house software
- Resilient and results-driven with excellent time management skills
- Competitive salary of £28,000 plus circa £8,000 in the first year
