Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization as a Reception Administrator. You will be responsible for answering calls, greeting clients, and managing meeting room bookings. Additionally, you will handle post, unlock doors, receive payments, and update absence systems.

You will be working in a fast-paced office environment, therefore strong communication and organizational skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
