Community Mental Health Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Mental Health Team Lead to join our team at the Transformation Unit. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading and managing caseloads, providing clinical supervision, and ensuring high-quality patient care.
With a strong background in mental health and extensive experience in community settings, you will possess the skills and knowledge to lead and motivate our team. You will also have a deep understanding of the complexities of psychosis and be able to provide expert guidance and support to colleagues.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including an annual salary of £45,000 - £56,000, depending on experience. You will also have access to comprehensive training and professional development opportunities to support your continued growth and success.
