Sports Development Support Worker

Sports Coach Position
We are seeking a motivated and experienced sports coach to join our team in a specialist school for students with additional SEMH difficulties. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young people, promoting physical activity, health, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
As a sports coach, you will:
- Develop and implement individualized support plans for students, based on their IEPs
- Provide one-to-one and group sessions to promote physical activity and social skills
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure student progress and success
In addition to these duties, you will participate in extracurricular activities, contribute to a positive school community, and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
