Mental Health Care Coordinator

About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide tailored support to children on a 1-1 basis, focusing on self-regulation techniques, healthy coping mechanisms, and identifying triggers in advance. As part of our team, you will work closely with on-site psychologists, safeguarding officers, occupational therapists, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the students.
What We Offer:
This full-time position comes with a competitive daily wage of £85-£90, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, at a fantastic SEN school based in Swindon. We offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and growth, and a supportive working environment. To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in psychology or criminology, although it is not essential. You must also be able to act as a role model to the students, providing guidance and support regarding educational and non-academic challenges.
