Responsibilities:- Collaborate with scheme managers to promote best practices in supported housing schemes
- Provide clinical guidance on governance, risk management, safeguarding, and care standards
- Support team resilience through reflective practice sessions and training
- Experienced in Mental Health: Strong background in community or inpatient mental health settings
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with digital care practices is a plus
- Specialized Training: Training in trauma-informed care, forensic pathways, or community mental health is a plus
We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, plus benefits including pension, 33 days of annual leave, and other perks.
