About the Role

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse to join their Recovery Team on a new ongoing contract role. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mental Health Nursing and relevant experience working as a Mental Health Nurse.

Job Description
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including risk assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations
  • Promote patient empowerment and independence by encouraging involvement in decision-making and goal-setting
  • Support patients in identifying and achieving their recovery goals, such as improved social engagement or employment readiness
Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week, conducting various tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the team leader. This includes promoting patient empowerment and supporting them in identifying and achieving their recovery goals.

Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
  • Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse
  • NMC Registration
