Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer – Pressure Systems to join our team at Assystem GmbH. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Client Projects by providing engineering support and quality management services. This includes tasks related to design review, acceptance of pressure systems, and coordination with Independent Verification Bodies or Inspection Agencies.

In this role, you will work closely with project functions and the supply-chain to ensure consistent delivery of project quality, while adopting a nuclear safety culture in your ways of working. You will provide support on specific quality activities within projects/contracts as directed by your client line manager.

You will maintain Project Quality Plans and Manufacturing Inspection and Test Plans in a consistent manner and undertake surveillance/inspection activities where applicable. Your key responsibilities include providing guidance on acceptability criteria, managing non-conformance processes, and contributing to the planning and lead of workstream and cross-project audits.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement and personal growth. We offer a competitive salary package of approximately €80,000-€110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key requirements for this role include a minimum of 5 years post-academic experience in design, analysis, and review of related documentation. Experience in large project environments, preferably in the nuclear sector, is essential. A solid understanding of design and quality control principles, process management, and international quality standards is required.
