Electrical Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Jacobs. This role will involve working on client critical works for major UK and European projects, delivering quality assurance services in the electrical sector.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of HND Electrical and Electronic Engineering qualification or equivalent vocational training and experience. They will also possess broad knowledge and wide understanding of the building industry, materials, trades methods and legal requirements.

The salary for this position is approximately £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential quality related issues, notifying non-conformances, and communicating with site teams to ensure surveillance outcomes are reported and communicated effectively. You will also support team instructions to take temporary measures to mitigate and keep works safe and within Quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have good organisation and delegation abilities, excellent influencing and stakeholder engagement skills, and good attention to detail when checking works information, materials and installed works.

Working in a large construction team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.
