Commercial Removals Operations Director

As the Removals Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient day-to-day operations in alignment with our client's company procedures. Your ability to understand and proactively respond to clients' needs swiftly and positively is paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the solution design process to optimise outcomes in savings, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
- Manage team workloads to achieve goals and deadlines.
- Provide analytical guidance within the management team.
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the Removals Operations department to foster mutual support.
- Function as a 'Number 2' and position yourself as the natural successor to the Branch Manager.
- Oversee training, recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with experience in large volume, large-scale removals operations, with essential expertise in commercial removals and diary management. A Transport Managers CPC is desirable, with training provided if needed. You will also possess B2B experience, a white-glove, customer-driven mentality, and experience working at a management level in a similar Removals Operations role.
