Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to manage projects, maintain audit trails, and collaborate with our team members in a set geographical area.

About the Role

  • Manage clinical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of project progress and audit trails as per company policies.
  • Adhere to clinical and information governance policies, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members, providing guidance and support for their development.
  • Enhance awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care through proactive communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a relevant role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of QOF and disease registers, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to travel regularly, with access to a reliable vehicle.
