About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Debt Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team in Leicester. As a key member of our Debt Dispute team, you will play a crucial role in resolving debt disputes efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide internal customers with necessary paperwork and information to resolve debt disputes.
  • Assist in identifying the root cause of disputes and contribute to the adjustment of standard work to prevent future disputes.
Requirements
  • Confident and clear telephone manner with a positive attitude.
  • Strong IT skills and high level of organization.
  • Problem-solving skills, solutions-oriented, and able to think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
