About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in matching our care professionals with new clients, ensuring that their schedules are aligned with their needs, and developing strong relationships with both clients and care professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Match care professionals with new clients and arrange introductions in conjunction with the client services team.
- Ensure client schedules are aligned with their needs, with the same care professional and times each week, where possible.
- Develop excellent relationships with clients and care professionals to ensure positive experiences.
Requirements:
- Experience in a scheduling role within a home care or relevant environment, such as logistics.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and CRM software, with the ability to learn and adapt new technologies.
- Highly resilient and positive, with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multitask.
- Logical and analytical, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
