Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Coordinate with planners to ensure all catering needs are met
  • Set-up and breakdown events, ensuring equipment and supplies are accounted for
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues raised
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, including Food safety, Allergen awareness, COSHH and HACCP regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisor position
  • Highly professional manner and understanding of the importance of honesty and ethics
  • Cheerful outlook and ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect
  • Computer literacy and administration skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
