About the Role

As Sales Manager, you will develop a commercial plan that interprets business objectives and outlines strategies to support the hotel's positioning. You will work closely with the hotel General Manager, Sales Effectiveness Director, and Revenue team to devise strategies and tactics to retain and grow the business.

Based in the London Allianz Twickenham Hotel, you will be part of a small team of passionate individuals who prioritize work-life balance. The hotel is undergoing a full refurbishment and rebranding to a contemporary lifestyle venue.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry. You will be able to discuss business performance and make informed decisions at a senior level. This is a collaborative role that requires working closely with the senior management team to maximize revenue opportunities.
