Job Title: Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team at Parkwood Community Leisure Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our leisure facilities operate in line with our financial, health and safety, and environmental procedures.

About the Role

The Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing and developing our internal systems to ensure that our contract is operating in accordance with our company's procedures. This will include managing our helpdesk system, liaising with our authority and service provider, overseeing maintenance services, writing reports, and working with department teams to ensure that all areas of the business are operating to our quality systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop internal systems to ensure contract compliance
  • Liaise with authority and service provider to ensure smooth operation
  • Oversee maintenance services to ensure high standards
  • Write reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Work with department teams to ensure quality systems are in place
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical approach to service delivery, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively at different levels of the organisation and meet the demands of the role by working additional hours when required.
