Compliance Lawyer Opportunity

A leading UK law firm is seeking a skilled Compliance Lawyer to join their team in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and compliance, with a focus on contract management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive regulatory risk training to ensure compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory changes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and ensure policies and procedures are promptly updated.
  • Address regulatory risk and compliance issues and queries, providing guidance on legal documentation, framework terms, and contracts.
  • Assist in ongoing reviews of engagement letters and terms of business, as well as the onboarding of firm suppliers.
  • Review client engagement terms, codes of conduct, and KYC advice, and advise on secondment terms for new and existing secondments.
  • Support the prompt delivery of client pitches and questionnaires, leveraging strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
